Your sheep protected for 16 weeks!
Clik Pour-on is:
* Familiar
* Effective protection
* Long operation of 16 weeks
Myiasis occurs to 90% of sheep farmers to varying degrees and affects 2-5% of sheep and lambs annually.
A clean, short and dry coat reduces the risk of myiasis. Shaving on time and preventing diarrhea can also help in many cases. In addition, to support these physical actions, the use of Clik Pour-on is advised. When Clik Pour-on is applied at the end of April, it provides protection against a myiasis outbreak for a period of 16 weeks (4 months). This duration of action is sufficient to cover the most critical period.

The veterinary drug should be administered by means of a manual or automatic application device, with a nozzle that ensures proper distribution of the veterinary drug over the wool (see Clik dispensing gun). Best results are achieved when the pour-on gun is held at a distance of about 45 cm from the sheep during administration. Spray the veterinary drug as a band at least 10 cm wide along the spine from the end of the neck to the root of the tail and in an arc around the root of the tail and hindquarters. Half the dosage should be administered on the back and half over the hindquarters.
The veterinary drug should be administered once before the expected activity of the Wohlfahrtia fly, or before or at the onset of activity of the Lucilia fly. The veterinary drug provides 16 weeks of protection against a myiasis outbreak caused by the Wohlfahrtia or Lucilia fly. In individual cases, a case of myiasis may occur earlier. It is therefore a good idea to check the animals regularly for the occurrence of myiasis. Do not shear the sheep for a period of 3 months after treatment.
