Solution for injection to control worm infections, hornets, lice and mites.

Beef (non-lactating), pig and sheep (non-lactating).

Indication
Beef (non-dairy):

For the control of infections caused by gastrointestinal worms, lung worms, eye worms, hornets, lice and mites. The spectrum includes the following parasites:

• Gastrointestinal worms (adult stages and 4^e stage larvae, unless otherwise indicated): Ostertagia ostertagi (incl. inhibited stages), lyrata (adult), Haemonchus placei, Trichostrongylus axei, T. colubriformis, Cooperia oncophora, C. pectinata (adult), C. punctata, C. surnabada (syn. mcmasteri), Nematodirus helvetianus (torque treatment), N. spathiger (adult), Bunostomum phlebotomum (adult), Strongyloides papillosus (adult), Oesophagostomum radiatum, Trichuris spp (adult).
• Lungworms (adult stages and 4^e stage larvae): Dictyocaulus viviparus.
• Eye worms (adult): Thelazia
• Hornets (parasitic stages): Hypoderma bovis, lineatum.
• Blood-sucking lice: Haematopinus eurysternus, Linognathus vituli and Solenopotes capillatus.
• Scabies mites: Psoroptes bovis, Sarcoptes scabiei.

The product prevents (re)infection with the following parasites during the indicated period:

Sheep (non-dairy):

For the control of infections of the following gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, mange mites and nasal hornets:

• Gastrointestinal roundworms (adult stages and 4^e stage larvae (L4), unless otherwise indicated): Chabertina ovina, Cooperia curticei (L4), oncophora, Haemonchus contortus, Nematodirus fillicollis (immature), N. battus(L4), N. spathiger, Oesophagostomum venulosum, Ostertagia (Teladorsagia) circumcincta*, Strongyloides papillosis, Trichostrongylus axei, T. columbriformis, T. vitrinus, Trichostrongylus spp (adult).

* Inhibited larval stages (L4) including strains resistant to benzimidazole are susceptible.

• Lungworms (adult): Dictyocaulus filaria.
• Nasal hornets (1^e, 2^e and 3^e stage larvae): Oestrus ovis.
• Scabies mites: Psoroptes ovis.

Pig:

For the control of infections caused by gastrointestinal worms, lung worms, sucking lice and mange mites. The spectrum includes the following parasites:

• Gastrointestinal worms (adult stages and 4^e stage larvae, unless otherwise indicated): Hyostrongylus rubidus, Ascaris suum, Strongyloides ransomi (adult), Oeosphagostomum dentatum, quadrispinulatum (adult).
• Lungworms (adult stages): Metastrongylus
• Kidney worms (adult stages): Stephanurus dentatus.
• Sucking lice: Haemotopinus suis.
• Scabies mites: Sarcoptes scabiei.

Contraindications
Beef and pork: none.

Sheep: Do not use in lambs under 6 weeks of age.

Dosage
Beef: 10 mg doramectin (1 ml) per 50 kg body weight. Subcutaneously, max. 4 ml per injection site.

Sheep: 10 mg doramectin (1 ml) per 50 kg body weight. Intramuscularly, max. 1.4 ml per injection site.

Pig: 10 mg doramectin (1 ml) per 33 kg body weight. Intramuscularly, max. 2.3 ml per injection site.

Read the package insert before use.

Waiting period
Beef:

(Organ) meat: 70 days.

Not for use in animals producing milk for human consumption. Do not use in pregnant cows or heifers intended to produce milk for human consumption within 2 months before expected partus.

Sheep:

(Organ) meat: 70 days.

Not for use in lactating animals producing milk for human consumption. Do not use in pregnant ewes intended to produce milk for human consumption within 70 days before expected partus.

Pig:

(Organ) meat: 77 days.
